It's not very effective...

Hey there, Nail Friends!


I'm a day late for water type week here in the Pokémon nail challenge!

 But we're a laid back group of ladies (who you are welcome to still join!) and everyone's accepting of tardiness. Speaking of this group, there were some AMAZING pieces of nail art this week from all these talented people and you should check them out! Inlinkz links at the bottom!


So where should I start...hmmm. Well I was just wandering around aimlessly, wondering what pokémon I should choose this week when I was given a golden pokéball. Whatever could be IN IT! It must be the most amazing pokémon in the universe! So I cracked it open and what do I get?

that's right! GYARADOS! The face a mother would run screaming from!

Rarely seen in the wild. Huge and vicious, it is capable of destroying entire cities in a rage. (gasp!)

[this is totally a spot for a picture I can't take by myself of both hands!]

I had a lot of fun making this mani, though last night when you heard me whining about having to paint magikarp with my offhand you wouldn't believe me!  My base is China Glaze Aquadelic under Lynnderella The Bride Turned Blue (which is really hard to photograph) I also used acrylic paint, Zoya Wednesday, Chg Salsa, and really a BUNCH of polish. I'm going to have a hard time removing this one....so I think I'll let it chip off at work. By smacking my hands into a lot of things.
